The revenue-sharing model is final and written into the project document. Net carbon revenue divides six ways: 30% to QIA Germany for project operations, 28% direct to enrolled land owners by mobile money, 20% to the Community Carbon Committee development fund, 7% to the Land Owner Cooperative, 5% to the signing village chiefs, and 10% into a joint permanence buffer held in local escrow. Sixty per cent of it is directed locally.
Naming our own share is the part we would ask you to check. A benefit-sharing table that lists what the community receives and leaves the developer's portion as whatever is left over is not a disclosure; it is a subtraction the reader is invited to do and usually does not. Ours is on the page with the rest. Landowners restoring former galamsey ground receive an enhanced share, because that land costs more to bring back and the people holding it carry more risk.
A split written into the project document is a commitment an auditor can hold us to. A split described in a brochure is not.
