Quick Impact Agency

[ Who we are ]

QIA is a non-governmental organization established in Berlin, Germany, with the aim to restore and revive damaged ecosystems and build thriving communities.

[ Our vision ]

We envision a world where humans and nature live in harmony and symbiotic relationship with one another. A place of economic prosperity, healthy ecosystems and progressive cooperative communities. A place where we all live consciously.

Land & carbon rights

Every hectare enters the project through a signed agreement with its owner — a 50-year lease with carbon rights, executed parcel by parcel and backed by an anti-mining commitment from the Traditional Council.

[ One system ]

Five parts, holding each other up.

Building healthy land

  • Rehabilitating mined and deforested parcels into productive agroforestry systems under 50-year agreements.
  • 5,101 hectares mapped across two clusters in Ghana's Western North.

[ Who runs it ]

Three people, two countries

Restoration projects are judged on whether the people running them can deliver. These are ours, and where each of them sits.

[ How QIA is structured ]

Two entities, one organisation

Money is raised and audited in Germany. It is spent by a Ghanaian entity, staffed by Ghanaians, based in the region where the work happens.

This is deliberate. A Berlin association cannot credibly run a Ghanaian project by remote control, and funders are right to ask why so many do.
