Quick Impact Agency e.V. is a registered non-profit association under German law, entered in the Vereinsregister of the Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg under VR 40254 B.
That is a drier sentence than the work it exists to enable, and it is the reason the work can be funded at all. Registration puts the association under German association law: a members' meeting that elects the board, books kept in Germany, and a board answerable for them. Money raised for Ghana is received, accounted for and audited where the fiduciary duty sits, and spent where the work is.
We began in Berlin rather than in Accra on purpose. A German donor or a European buyer can verify what we are before they weigh what we claim.
